With all the recent global shipping bottlenecks, we've been running into constant out-of-stock issues on imported items like Italian tomatoes, specialty flours, and gourmet syrups. Our current vendor just tells us to wait, which is forcing us to constantly change our menu. I need to find a large-scale distributor that has deep local warehouse reserves and doesn't rely on week-to-week shipments to keep their shelves full. Does anyone know a provider with stable inventory?
